What is this Workshop About?

"Idea to Launch" is an immersive and interactive five-day workshop tailored for middle and high school girls who aspire to become entrepreneurs.

Throughout the workshop, participants will step into the role of entrepreneurs, equipped with the tools, skills, and guidance needed to transform their innovative ideas into comprehensive business plans. From ideation to execution, this workshop offers a hands-on approach to entrepreneurship, fostering creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving.

How We Will Do It?

Throughout the workshop, participants will engage in a series of interactive activities, workshops, group discussions, and mentorship sessions guided by experienced entrepreneurs and industry experts.

You will:

• Brainstorm and refine their business ideas, identifying market opportunities, target customers, and unique value propositions.
• Learn how to conduct market research, analyze competition, and validate their business concepts to ensure viability and sustainability.
• Develop comprehensive launch or business plans, including strategies for product development, marketing, sales, operations, and finance.
• Receive guidance and feedback from mentors and peers, refining their business plans and strategies based on expert insights and constructive criticism.
• Explore different entrepreneurship models, including traditional business ventures, social enterprises, and startups, to find the best fit for their goals and values.
• Gain practical skills in pitching, networking, and presenting their business ideas confidently and persuasively to potential investors, partners, and customers.
• Leave the workshop with a solid understanding of the entrepreneurial process, as well as a comprehensive launch or business plan ready to be implemented or further developed.
