Our Motivation & Hope

OUR MOTIVATION comes from watching the young girls in our lives - who are full of ideas, ambitions and wings flapping to fly.

However...Gender Equality has been identified as a top global issue by the United Nations. While women & girls represent 50% of our population, the same is not represented in their presence in economic, political and corporate leadership settings. We face a critical challenge: an alarming $360 billion annual gender gap by 2030.

There are several research that show that at the root of this issue is Gender Stereotypes that begins at infancy with gender segregated toys, and continues through youth as the need to fit into existing societal norms increases. By the time a girl enters the workforce, she has already been boxed in a stereotype and her potential capped.

OUR HOPE is that we will empower our girls by breaking stereotypes. We will empower them to fly, by giving them the skills that builds their confidence and makes them equal contributor to global growth.

"Every girl deserves the opportunity to reach her full potential, free from the constraints of gender stereotypes. Let's create a world where girls are celebrated for their intelligence, strength, and unique contributions to society."

Get Involved

We want to inspire middle and high school girls to become more self-aware, understand their full potential and discover the problems they are passionate to solve. We will provide them with the tools and skills needed to work on their ideas without any prejudice, and be unafraid to come out as a change-maker to solve real issues in the world.

We cannot do this alone. Here are some ways you can get involved.

Partner with us to host your own Workshop

Our workshop content is built by seasoned industry experts and baked by research. The study material and the interactive games are packaged as a toolkit that can be easily used to host your own workshop.

Become a Facilitator

We are ambitious in our goals. We want to reach many girls in the middle and high school so each graduating class has increasingly more girls who are aware of their roles as change-maker.

Workshops

Our workshops are specially designed for Middle & High School girls to cover four key areas of growth.

How to be:

SELF AWARE

Every success story starts with one's belief in their own capacity. Knowledge of personal strengths and unique abilities will empower girls to set goals, make informed decisions & self-advocate.

How to be:

CHANGE-MAKER

The best solutions are rooted in deep understanding of problems. A change-maker's journey begins with their ability to identify a problem and the passion to solve it for themselves & for others.

How to:

BRING IDEAS TO LIFE

There is no better way to test an idea than to actually implement it. With creativity, determination and planning an idea can be transformed into a reality.

How to:

OWN THE NARRATIVE

No one can tell the origin story of your idea, the empathy you feel for the problem or the outcome you envision to see better than yourself.
